Welcome back to LWTC for the Winter Quarter!!  While it is grey and cold outside, inside the Learning Commons you’ll find everything you need to stay warm, dry, entertained, and intellectually stimulated.

What we offer to you this winter:

  • Great Digital Media Center filled with top of the line software and hardware for students and staff to create 21st century multimedia products
  • LOTS of computers with popular software (Macs and PCs and Laptops)
  • Two amazing librarians who can help you with all your research needs, from collecting data from databases, to formatting your works cited page
  • A huge collection of online databases containing tens of thousands of journals and electronic books
  • A large quiet study room from 10am-2pm for those of you who need silence when studying
  • And a great staff to help you with your scholastic needs and answer any questions you may have.

Learning Commons Hours:

Monday-Thursday:  7:30am – 8:00pm

Friday: 7:30am-5:00pm

Saturday:  11:00am – 5:00pm

Sunday:  Closed

The Library will be closed from December 24th until January 4th, the first day of the new quarter.  If you still have books to return, our book drop is located right outside the main doors of the library.

The Library is honored to join the Funeral Service Education Department in inviting you to the Third floor of the library where you will find displayed an exact replica of the coffin used by President Abraham Lincoln. The Lincoln casket is on loan from Batesville Casket Company, Batesville, Indiana and will remain on display through December 9, 2009.
